You may read it, quote it with attribution, and show it to colleagues. The content, including the documentation and the demonstration console, is provided as it is, without a warranty that it is complete or current.

The numbers on hexr.dev and demo.hexr.dev come from Hexr's own demonstration clusters. They are real measurements from real workloads we run, not customer data and not illustrations. They change as those workloads run, so a figure you read today may differ tomorrow.

The Hexr SDK and runtime are proprietary and source-available. Access, use and redistribution are governed by the licence agreement signed between Cognilogue LLC and your organisation. Nothing on this website grants a licence, and nothing here overrides that agreement.

If you are evaluating Hexr under a design-partner arrangement, the terms of that arrangement are the ones in your signed document, including anything it says about support, availability and confidentiality.

This website carries no service level. The demonstration console runs against live clusters and may be unavailable while we deploy to them.

Nothing on this site is legal or compliance advice. Hexr produces evidence about what your agents did. Whether that evidence satisfies a particular auditor, regulator or control is a judgement for you and your assessor, and we will not tell you that using Hexr makes you compliant with anything.

If you send us an email address through the form, you are asking us to contact you and you can ask us to stop at any time. If you send us a vulnerability report, we treat it under the process on our security page.
